Fast Reactive Service
We provide a fast-reaction help-desk service and aim to provide quick resolutions to requests or incidences. These requests range from helping an employee to set up remotely to dealing with wireless hot-spot queries.
We pledge to respond to such queries within four hours for our contractual clients.
We also operate an emergency response service where we respond rapidly to various situations such as data loss or system melt-downs outside of office hours.
